The Kudi Pro team takes security extremely seriously. Securing user assets as well maintaining the integrity of the platform is of paramount importance to us. Thus, in order to prevent bad actors or malicious acts that seek to compromise user funds, we have created and implemented a four-tiered security system.
a) Logging on to Kudi Pro occurs via a secure sign-in process. Thus, when signing into to the platform, or attempting to withdraw funds, all users must undergo a 2-factor authentication process using google authenticator. Only when the user is properly authenticated can they sign-in or withdraw.
b) All user funds are stored in offline multi-sig cold wallets.
c) Our two-level, know-your-customer (KYC) data bank requires all users to be fully verified before performing transactions on K.P. This encrypted KYC portal is another essential layer of security necessary to keep bad actors from fully accessing the platform.
d) Our risk management system analyzes every withdrawal attempt, password reset, two-factor authentication reset and email address change. Unusual activity triggers suspended withdrawals for a minimum of 24-48 hours.
